Environmental conservation is a priority for our company, and that is why from the beginning of our olive grove for more than 20 years, we have not used any insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, or any other type of agro-chemicals. All the controls olive pests and diseases, are made organically, through release of beneficial insects, and light traps to catch pests mechanisms and biological application made ​​in our farm repellents based on extracts of olive leaves and olive oil.

All the nutrients that we use, are produced in our farm and the chaff from the ground mixed with pruning guide us in our different animals and composted for a year, before being applied to the foot of trees.

Irrigation water comes from underground springs themselves, this being completely clean and water pollution, which is filtered naturally to drain through the permeable layers of soil to find its cause on the ground impermeable layers to reach our wells from the Andes Mountains.
